Shipping Information:Pre-made handbags are ususally shipped within 72 hours of order. All orders are shipped UPS Ground (Typically 5-7 days) and will arrive accordingly. Tracking information will be available for your order.
Custom Handbags are usually shipped and arrive within 4-6 weeks. We will notify you when your bag is complete and ready to be shipped.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:Online Purchases: We accept unused pre-designed merchandise purchased online for exchange or credit refund within 14 days of purchase date when accompanied by original receipt. A $10 return handling fee will apply and shipping is non-refundable. Return instructions will be included with shipment of online purchase. Custom orders placed online or during a local Faite at-home party are considered final sales and MAY NOT be returned. Workmanship Guarantee
Each purse comes with a 90-day warranty on workmanship. If for any reason the purse requires repair within the first 90 days of purchase, simply return the purse to us and we will fix it at our cost.

Q: How long will it take to get my handbag?
We will let you know at the time of your order but the usual delivery time is 3-4 weeks.

We will need to set up a time to meet with a Faite representative. Then we will help you design your bag and place the order. Finally, we will have our seamstresses complete your personalized handbag and you will be contacted once it is complete.
Q: What is the price range of the handbags?
The handbags range from $15 to $85 depending on which style you select.
Q: Do I receive any discount for having a handbag social?
Yes, you will get up to 75% off your first handbag for hosting a social.
